Diamond Edge Company is a premiere manufacturer of diamond knives for ophthalmic surgery.

It is our mission to provide the ophthalmic surgical community with high quality instruments. We distribute a variety of manual instruments in addition to our own diamond knives.

Diamond Edge Company is the only firm in the eastern United States that actually manufactures diamond blades from gem quality diamond crystals. Our titanium alloy handles are all our own original, ergonomic designs. The knife repairs we receive are done completely in-house where we repair Your blade, rather than switch the blade for one of shorter length or inferior quality, a common practice of many firms in this business. It is the standing policy of Diamond Edge to complete repairs rapidly, reasonably, and right the first time.
